The Story

Northern Premium Steel Competition Kettlebells – with the Northern range of steel competition kettlebells, you will find a standardised handle that the cast iron kettlebells don't have. There is less space for hand positioning, however each kettlebell is the same size which is particularly valuable as the weight increases. 

On each ‘bell you will find the weight stamped on the front, with each weight represented by coloured paint up to the handle, where it then become bare steel which makes it grippier.

Common exercises include kettlebell swings, deadlifts or high-pulls, however with kettlebells, the possibilities are endless! Goblet squats, lunges, Turkish getups and pass throughs are more advanced movements to try too!

Northern does recommend the use of chalk or other grip assistance, to avoid the kettlebell slipping.
